Our Customer Service department will issue a return authorization number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric. The shipping cost of your purchase up to the flat rate of $9.99 will also be refunded. Additional or upgraded shipping cost are not refundable.

Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.

In order to better serve you, please tell us why you are returning the fabric. This will in no way affect your credit.
