FabricDirect.com ships all fabric orders via United Parcel Service unless otherwise arranged.
Email confirmations are sent as orders are shipped through UPS. This email also contains the UPS tracking number, which allows you to follow your order on www.ups.com
If your package is either to heavy or to large for UPS, arrangements can be made to ship through a freight company.
Fabric samples are sent by U.S. Mail.
Your shipping cost is determined by the total weight, size and distance from our New Jersey Warehouse.
As part of the check out process, this information is sent to UPS online which post the cost of shipping.
During this process you will also have the option to upgrade to 3rd day, 2nd day or overnight shipping.
Which ever you choose, you will be able to review the cost of shipping before you place your order. If you choose to, you will clearly have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Since FabricDirect.com offers the best fabric we could find, we confidently offer a 30-day no question asked return policy.
Fabric Sold By The Yard
Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number. Credit for authorized returns of any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, will include the full cost of the fabric returned and the original shipping cost of that fabric.

Fabric Sold By The Bolt, Roll, Case or Piece
Contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.
Our Customer Service department will issue a return authorization number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and credit your credit card, for the full cost of that fabric.
In order to better serve you,
please tell us why you are returning the fabric. This will in no way affect your credit.
. It may take 10-15 days for us to inspect, and process your return.
. We are not responsible for any fabric returned with out a Authorization Number issued by our Customer Service department

Tracking Your Order
We send shipment confirmation by email as order ship via UPS.
This email also contains the UPS tracking number which you can use on www.ups.com to track your order.
A.P.O. Box, or APO/ FPO Address
At present, we are unable to fulfill orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. FabricDirect.com hopes to provide this shipping option in the near future.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
FabricDirect.com accepts all orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping to be shipped UPS.
Weights and sizes may prevent us from filling some orders. We review all orders and contact customers quickly if any order cannot be processed.
Currently FabricDirect.com only ships internationally to the Canada, United Kingdom and Europe. International orders are limited to the terms and conditions of UPS international.
FabricDirect.com reserves the rights to refuse to ship any international order received.
