Returns
Simply contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number. Approval will be issued for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender without a credit. For Authorized Returns, a credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the fabric returned. Shipping cost are not refundable.
Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.
